Each honoree is carefully selected through an interview process and chosen by a panel of previous recipients and community leaders. The publication celebrates women who are making a meaningful impact through leadership, innovation, and service.

For nearly two decades, Karen has helped health and wellness brands grow in thoughtful, meaningful ways. Along the way, she’s also reimagined what an agency can look like, building Radiant as a culture-first company where doing great work and supporting the well-being of the team are equally important.
