I just got back from our Radiant team retreat in Arizona and I had to share this perspective as someone who’s always worked remotely… wow!
If you’re a brand or business owner and you have the opportunity to bring your team together in person… do it.
What our team retreat made me realize
THE BIG DOSE
I graduated during COVID and have worked remotely ever since, so this trip really put things into perspective for me.
There’s just something different about being in the same room! We had some of our best brainstorming sessions, shot months of content, and came up with so many new ideas for both Radiant and our clients.
But beyond that, we actually got to bond in a way that just doesn’t happen over Zoom. And you can feel the difference in the work.
The energy is higher, the ideas flow faster, and everything feels more aligned. Remote work is amazing and it’s not going anywhere, but moments like this are a reminder that in-person collaboration still has so much value. If you can create space for both, that’s where the magic really happens!
