I was scrolling Instagram this week and had the same thought many marketers probably had:

Instagram recently rolled out Instants, a new feature designed to share quick, in-the-moment content with your audience.

Unlike highly produced Reels or carefully curated posts, Instants are all about what’s happening right now. Think behind-the-scenes moments, office celebrations, event days, quick wins, team culture, and the little things that make a brand feel human.

Will Instants completely change your marketing strategy? Probably not.

But they do highlight something important: social platforms continue to reward brands that actively use new features and show up consistently.

For wellness-focused businesses, Instants could be a simple way to share day-to-day moments that don’t necessarily warrant a full post like a quick look at the office, a team lunch, a treatment room setup, a client milestone, etc.  Sometimes the most engaging content isn’t the most polished.
