In our crazy world, it’s easy to feel like you don’t know what you’re doing. Many of us have adopted a “fake it til you make it” attitude–after all, great leadership is a hard skill to master, and great leaders aren’t made in a day. Simply put: great leaders treat their people well. Always, without exception.
