Karen Cummings
Founder + CEO
Karen created Radiant in October 2015, inspired by her mission to bring possibilities to life for entrepreneurs. Currently working from Queen Creek, Karen graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing. She brings experience in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, relationship marketing and more for health brands across the country. She is passionate about balancing beautiful creativity with research and data-backed strategies to help clients grow their businesses.
In Karen’s free time, she loves to adventure with her husband and two little ones in their travel trailer, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
A fun fact about Karen is that, while terrified of heights, she’s gone skydiving three times!

Tess Goodwin
Client + Team Success Lead
Tess is our Client + Team Success Lead. and joined in the team in April 2023! With a passion for effective campaign development, management, and optimization, Tess plays a crucial role in driving the success of marketing initiatives. She provides invaluable support to the team by coordinating projects, managing our client’s social media, collecting and analyzing data for client updates and reports, and drafting compelling email newsletters that drive engagement and conversion.
Tess earned her degree in Public Relations and English from The University of Alabama in 2021, where she graduated from the nation’s top-ranked PR program. Outside of the digital world, she loves cheering on the Crimson Tide, reading novels, and attending as many concerts as she can. A fun fact about Tess is that she got married in Hawaii!

Natalie Dixon
Portfolio Manager
Natalie joined Radiant Marketing in 2020 and over the years, has grown into her role as Portfolio Manager. She thrives on helping ideas turn into real results, keeping projects running smoothly while making sure the team and clients feel supported along the way.
Outside of work, Natalie is happiest spending time outdoors with her husband, Devry, and their daughter, hunting for vintage treasures, or dreaming up creative projects at home.

Lauren Karwoski
Content Strategist
Lauren joined Radiant as the Content Strategist in April 2022. Currently working from Tampa, FL, Lauren graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s degree in Journalism, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Tampa. She brings experience writing social copy and strategizing to reach peak engagement, after working as a Digital Intern for Bay News 9 and a Content Writer for Scannell Productions. Lauren is passionate about all types of writing and enjoys marketing through storytelling.
In Lauren’s free time she loves to travel. She is also an animal lover, fostering cats for a local rescue organization in Tampa.
A fun fact about Lauren is that she has visited over 35 different countries to date!

Taylor Moore
Social Media Manager
Taylor joined Radiant as a Social Media Manager in November of 2024. Her husband is in the Navy, so she’s currently working from Atsugi, Japan. Taylor graduated from Berry College with a degree in Communications, Public Relations Concentration and a minor in Biology. She has a deep history of content creation and community management having previously managed social media at Georgia Aquarium and then San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. Taylor has a Proven track record of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through creative content and data-driven insights.
Taylor enjoys being active and can often be found playing volleyball, snowboarding, hiking, and adventuring in her new country.

Brierly Wren
Digital Designer & Production Artist
Brierly first joined the Radiant team as an intern in 2024 and has since transitioned into her role as a Digital Designer and Production Artist. A 2025 graduate of Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, she holds a B.S. in Digital Audiences.
Brierly is a multi-talented creator with a sharp eye for brand building and visual storytelling. She specializes in design production and developing engaging digital content, fueled by her technical expertise and lifelong passion for photography. Outside of the office, you can find her tackling a new DIY project, hunting for unique finds while thrifting, or spending time with animals.

Laikyn Leash
Client Success Manager
Laikyn joined the Radiant Marketing team as a Client Success Manager in October 2025. With experience in account management, project management, brand strategy, and client success, she’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and guiding projects from concept to completion. Laikyn leads with empathy and clear communication, helping clients feel confident every step of the way.
A proud Grand Canyon University alumna, Laikyn earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing and her Master’s degree in Psychology. Outside of work, she loves to travel, especially anywhere near the beach, spend time with her family, and unwind with a good book. A former competitive dancer and college dance team member, she carries that same energy and discipline into everything she does.
A fun fact about Laikyn: she holds dual citizenship with Canada and the United States and spends every summer in Penticton, British Columbia!

Isaiah DeBenedetto
Senior Web Developer
Isaiah was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He first started web development early in highschool when he wanted to build a portfolio and show off to his friends. He attended Grand Canyon University and got his Bachelors of Science degree in Software Development.
Isaiah is married and has two dogs, Appa (Siberian Husky) and Sokka (Border Collie/Australian Shepherd). Some of his favorite things to do when he is not making websites is spending time with his wife, going on adventures with his dogs, or developing games for fun.

Bryce Tufts has been part of the Radiant Marketing team since 2022, working in graphic design, web design, branding, video, animation, and multimedia. A 2019 graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in advertising and a minor in multimedia design, Bryce is based in Grand Rapids, MI, where he leads the area’s highest-rated tree service, Tree Fish, alongside his wife Erica and childhood friend Spencer. Passionate about marketing, advertising, and design for as long as he can remember, Bryce thrives on blending business strategy with creative expression to craft work that delivers real emotional impact. Fun fact: when he’s not working, you can probably find Bryce playing his guitar, longboarding at dusk, or adding to his ever-growing Lego collection.

Christine takes on every design problem with a human-centered approach. Through design thinking, she puts the human at the center of the design. She’s highly analytical, weighing both the business and user perspective of any service or interaction problem presented. She brings an innovative, creative and justified thinking and style to all of her projects. She collaborates with cross discipline teams to conduct design research including secondary, competitive, market trends, interviews and field research to then analyze and produce insights from observations and data.
